SERVICE COORDINATOR REPORTS TO: Store Manager
COLLABORATES WITH: Service Coordinators, Leadership, Nurse Practioners + Registered Nurses
A Service Coordinator’s principal goal is to support the leadership team in driving a profitable and customer-centric environment while supporting the overall flow + experience of services within NutriDrip IV drips, and the total business operation.
SALES + PROFITABILITY
- Supports Store Manager in achieving monthly sales goal
- Supports Store Manager in their action plans to impact sales results on a weekly and monthly basis
- Communicates feedback, solution-based ideas, and allocation needs to Store Manager
OPERATIONS
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment according to regulations
- Executes daily booking schedule, opening + closing procedures, and assigned shift tasks as directed by leadership
- Accurately schedules appointments + processes payments using the Zenoti system for both the NutriDrip Lounge and Concierge Services within Fontainebleau Las Vegas
- Assists Store Manager, as well as store leads with all deliveries + shipments for the total store, including barcoding and merchandising.
- Maintains efficient inventory controls within the retail business unit
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Provides exceptional customer service to all clients in every scenario
- Shares valuable store and customer feedback with leadership to make improvements in the success of the store.
- Welcomes all clients into the store with a warm and friendly greeting
- Builds rapport with clients by recommending products and services that best suit their needs
- Shares product knowledge with passion and integrity
- Encourages clients to return to the store for another visit, service, product, or event
REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Preferably 1-2 years of spa, medical, or comparable experience
- Connection to NutriDrip by Clean Market’s wellness driven mission
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Possesses strong assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift up to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- This front desk role is a great fit for students studying or interested in nursing, nutrition, fitness, or spa/esthetics.
- Availability Requirement: This position specifically covers our Wednesday operations, ONE DAY PER WEEK, with the possibility of picking up additional shifts throughout the week based on availability and need. Candidates should also be available for occasional weekend events (such as F1 races, major games, corporate parties, etc.). Please ensure this schedule aligns with your availability before applying.
