How You’ll Support Clients as an Entry-Level Team Member
- Provide hands-on assistance as an Entry-Level Team Member by supporting new and existing customers and strengthening daily client relations
- Listen closely, ask the right questions, and use strong client relations skills to understand customer needs
- Deliver clear product explanations while reinforcing trust through consistent client relations
- Resolve concerns efficiently and follow up to ensure client relations remain positive
- Track interactions accurately while supporting smooth enrollments and strong client relations
- Meet weekly performance goals while representing the Entry-Level Team Member role with confidence and care
