Hourly Wage Range: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
Position Overview
The Enrollment Operations Analyst supports workflow coordination, operational organization, documentation, testing readiness, and cross-functional support across the university’s enrollment management technology ecosystem. This role works closely with Enrollment Management Operations, Admissions, Marketing, Financial Aid, and other related institutional stakeholders to help support efficient, organized, and scalable enrollment operations.
The Enrollment Operations Analyst assists with coordinating operational processes and supporting the day-to-day effectiveness of enrollment-related systems, workflows, and initiatives, including CRM and related enrollment management platforms. This role helps support workflow visibility, operational follow-through, process consistency, testing coordination, and organizational readiness across Enrollment Management Operations initiatives.
Projects and initiatives may include CRM/process improvement efforts, forms/process standardization projects, operational rollout coordination, testing/readiness activities, workflow documentation, cross-functional systems/process initiatives, and operational support efforts across Enrollment Management systems.
Essential Job Functions
Operational Process & Workflow Support
- Support enrollment-related workflows, operational processes, and cross-functional initiatives across departments
- Assist with organizing and tracking operational activities related to CRM updates, process improvements, forms/process initiatives, and enrollment-related projects
- Help coordinate follow-up activities, communications, and operational tasks related to ongoing initiatives
- Support intake, organization, tracking, and follow-through of systems-related requests and operational initiatives
- Assist with coordinating timelines, dependencies, follow-up items, and workflow activities across stakeholders
- Help organize operational priorities, task tracking, and initiative visibility across ongoing EMOps activities
- Support workflow coordination activities impacting Admissions, Marketing, Financial Aid, and related Enrollment Management operational areas
Operational Readiness & Systems Coordination
- Coordinate and support testing, validation, and readiness activities related to system updates, enhancements, workflow changes, and operational rollouts
- Help organize testing activities, issue follow-up, validation efforts, and operational readiness tasks across teams
- Track workflow activities, action items, follow-up tasks, and status updates related to ongoing operational initiatives
- Collaborate with EMOps team members to support issue tracking, workflow coordination, testing activities, and operational follow-through
- Assist with coordination of activities related to process changes, rollout efforts, operational communications, and cross-functional initiatives
- Support organization and tracking of initiatives through Jira, Confluence, and related workflow/documentation tools
Documentation & Operational Organization
- Maintain workflow diagrams, process guides, operational documentation, support references, and initiative-related materials
- Assist with development and organization of training resources, user guidance materials, and operational reference documentation
- Support organization and coordination of work tracked through Jira and related systems
- Help maintain visibility into workflows, initiative status, operational activities, and cross-functional follow-up items
- Assist with identifying workflow gaps, operational bottlenecks, process inconsistencies, or coordination concerns
- Support ongoing organization and maintenance of operational procedures, standards, and documentation practices
Enrollment Systems & Cross-Functional Support
- Support activities related to Salesforce CRM and related enrollment systems and platforms
- Assist with coordination of activities related to reporting, communication platforms, forms, events, and related systems
- Collaborate with EMOps team members to support institution-wide enrollment operations and operational initiatives
- Support coordination between operational users, stakeholders, and EMOps resources across departments
- Assist with workflow/process cleanup initiatives, operational improvement efforts, and cross-functional support activities across integrated systems

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of experience supporting workflows, systems coordination, project coordination, or related operational activities
- Experience working with workflow/project management tools, ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or related operational systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in higher education, enrollment management, admissions, marketing operations, financial aid operations, or related operational environments
- Experience supporting Salesforce CRM or related enrollment systems
- Experience with process documentation, workflow coordination, testing support, rollout coordination, or operational analysis
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Teams, or related workflow/project management platforms
- Experience supporting cross-functional operational initiatives, systems implementations, or process improvement efforts
Hours of Employment
This is a full-time position serving a national university. A work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor.
Work Location
The employee will be assigned remote work in consultation with the supervisor.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the staff member is regularly required to sit, stand, use hands and fingers, and talk or hear. This is an active position, involving walking, climbing, lifting, stooping, and bending in the accomplishment of duties. Must be able to lift in excess of 25 pounds. Must be able to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain or snow.
