Gorman Management Co. is seeking a motivated, skilled, experienced person to assist the manager at a multi-family affordable housing property in Norman. Job includes generating certifcations for HUD and LIHTC programs, waitlist maintenance, unit inspections, income/asset verifications, and customer service. Experience in property leasing, project based Section 8, and LIHTC is required. We will offer top pay and benefits in the industry for the best person.
