The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the California Code of Civil Procedure and the California Evidence Code and be proficient in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. The successful candidate will also be comfortable conducting depositions, arguing motions, and appearing in court.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
- Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Provide high-quality legal counsel and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee timekeeping, billing review, and client communications.
Qualifications:
- Active member of the California State Bar.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of three years of litigation experience, preferably in trust and estate litigation or civil litigation.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing a demanding caseload.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $185,000 - $300,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
