What You'll Do
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and walk-in seating using our reservation system
- Coordinate guest flow and waitlists efficiently
- Communicate with servers and managers to ensure smooth seating operations
- Provide guests with accurate wait times and restaurant information
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and lobby area
- Support the team in delivering exceptional service and hospitality
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized during busy shifts
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
