Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Work efficiently on the line during service, ensuring timely and accurate execution of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Must have strong sauté/grill experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and terminology.
- Excellent knife skills and food preparation abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays.
