Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of CNC press brake operating experience
- Experience with Amada 7-axis press brakes is a strong plus
- Ability to edit existing programs is preferred
- Ability to create new programs from prints is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press brakes to manufacture precision sheet metal components
- Produce quality parts while meeting production schedules
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications
- Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to continuously improve processes
