We are not looking for someone who wants to become a technician someday—we are looking for a technician who already has the training, experience, and diagnostic ability to contribute from day one.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional automotive and/or diesel repair experience preferred
- Must own and maintain a complete set of tools necessary to perform repairs and diagnostics
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform repairs independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Dependable attendance and professional work ethic
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automotive and diesel vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and complex repairs
- Complete work orders and documentation thoroughly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Deliver quality workmanship that meets or exceeds industry standards

Compensation
Competitive flat-rate pay based on experience, skill level, certifications, productivity, and diagnostic ability.
