Active Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses prior to full-time placement
- Successful completion of a background review
- Ability to operate from a professional office that aligns with brand guidelines
- Capacity to staff and support a small licensed team at launch
- Ability to meet program financial guidelines
- Demonstrated strengths in leadership, sales, and client development
