We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Remote Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to executives or business professionals. In this work-from-home role, you will manage schedules, coordinate communications, organize travel, handle correspondence, and assist with a variety of personal and business-related tasks. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.

Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Organize and maintain digital files, records, and confidential documents.

Conduct online research and gather information for various projects.

Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers as needed.

Manage personal errands and special projects that can be completed remotely.

Prioritize tasks, monitor deadlines, and provide regular updates on ongoing assignments.

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role is preferred.
