Menches Brothers Restaurant in Massillon is hiring an experienced Breakfast Cook for a full-time morning position.

Responsibilities
- Cook eggs, breakfast meats, home fries, pancakes, French toast, and other breakfast items
- Prepare and plate food quickly, accurately, and consistently
- Complete daily prep and keep stations stocked
- Maintain food quality, proper portions, and ticket times
- Follow recipes, food-safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organized
- Assist with opening duties, stocking, deliveries, cleaning, and dishes as needed
- Support the kitchen team during busy service
Qualifications
- At least one year of breakfast cook experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service
- Ability to work independently and remain on task
- Dependable attendance and a verifiable employment history
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and interest in growing with the company
