Employment Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Wilmington team. This is a fast-paced position that serves as a key support role for our recruiters, candidates, clients, and branch operations.
We're looking for someone who is professional, friendly, confident on the phone, highly organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities throughout the day. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, adapts quickly to changing priorities, follows direction well, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever support is needed.
Serve as one of the primary points of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and employees by phone, email, text, and other communication platforms.
Answer questions regarding job opportunities, onboarding, employment requirements, and hiring timelines.
Build positive relationships while providing exceptional customer service.
Assist candidates with electronic onboarding paperwork.
Schedule and track drug screens, background checks, E-Verify, and other pre-employment requirements.
Verify hiring documents are complete and compliant.
Help candidates navigate onboarding systems and troubleshoot issues when needed.
Conduct initial phone screens and help match qualified candidates to open positions.
Schedule interviews, orientations, and candidate appointments.
Maintain accurate records within our ATS, CRM, and internal databases.
Update candidate statuses, document recruiting activity, and ensure records remain organized and up to date.
Support recruiters and branch leadership with administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations.
Assist with reporting, data entry, and other projects as business needs evolve.
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, human resources, administrative support, or a related office environment preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow direction while working independently.
Adaptable, dependable, and willing to support a variety of office functions.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Sheets.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software, or Bullhorn is preferred but not required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Competitive annual salary starting at $40,000+, depending on experience.
