All Saints Catholic School is seeking applicants for the position of middle school literature teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Summary
The middle school literature teacher cultivates a love of reading, fosters strong communication skills, and integrates Catholic values throughout the curriculum, supporting the mission of Catholic education.
The teacher is responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that challenges students academically, encourages intellectual curiosity, and promotes the formation of the whole person.
Ideal candidates have a deep devotion to the Catholic faith, expertise in their content area, strong classroom management skills, and experience communicating with parents. Additionally, candidates should have a passion for teaching, a love for their students, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with other faculty and staff members.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in education or related field and Virginia state licensure or the ability to obtain VCEA (Virginia Catholic Education Association) certification.

Salary Range
Compensation is based on a step pay scale that provides pay based on degree level and years of teaching experience, ranging from $46,000 for Bachelors with less than 1 year of teaching experience to $65,000 for 16+ years of teaching experience, with pro-ration for positions scheduled to work less than 40 hours per week.
Salary Range: $46,000 – $65,000 annually
