Service Technician / Senior Service Technician
Precision Air Heating & Cooling is growing, and we’re looking for both Service Technicians and Senior Service Technicians to join our team.

We Are Hiring at Two Levels
Service Technician (1+ Years Experience)
This position is ideal for technicians who have a solid foundation in HVAC service and want to continue building their diagnostic and repair skills. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, receive ongoing training, and have a clear path for advancement.
Senior Service Technician
This position is for highly experienced technicians who can confidently diagnose complex HVAC issues, perform advanced repairs, and serve as a technical resource for the rest of the team. Senior Technicians are leaders in the field and play an important role in developing the next generation of technicians.

What We’re Looking For

- HVAC service experience
- Service Technician: 1+ years preferred
- Senior Service Technician: Extensive diagnostic and repair experience
