Part-Time Bookkeeper
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and bookkeeping experience, be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, and preferably have experience working in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time
- Generate customer invoices and manage billing
- Perform month-end bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing
- Experience preparing month-end reconciliations and financial statements
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
