Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, talented, ambitious, and experienced Site Superintendent and Construction Guru to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction, reading architectural plans, supervising construction sites, scheduling sub contractors, supervising subcontractors, efficient and safe practices, communication skills, carpentry experience, framing experience, window and door install, and everything involved in being in the construction industry. If you do not have the experience or talent to do amazing work for high end clientele please do not apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Implement safety protocols and quality control measures
- Review and interpret schematics and blueprints
Carpentry, trim out, framing, window and door install
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
