Digitizing Coordination
- Submit embroidery files to digitizing vendors with complete and accurate specifications (stitch count, placement, thread colors, etc.)
- Review returned digitized files for accuracy against customer-approved artwork before releasing to production
- Maintain an organized library of digitized files and stitch counts by customer/design
File Prep & Order Support
- Prepare print-ready files for DTF and DTG production
- Enter and update orders in PriceIt (or equivalent order management system), ensuring artwork notes, approval status, and job specs are accurate

- Work closely with production supervisors to prioritize approvals and file delivery based on schedule
- Communicate proactively with customers when artwork delays may impact delivery timelines
- Maintain organized records of approvals, correspondence, and file versions

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines simultaneously
