Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to new and existing clients
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and text to answer questions and provide updates
- Schedule and confirm appointments as needed
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been addressed
- Work closely with team members to deliver an excellent client experience
- Learn company procedures and services through ongoing training
