Essential Functions:
People Leadership
Lead and connect relationally with Team Members, Teams

Communicate weekly (including curriculum notes and announcements)

Lead Coaches meeting and oversee Small Groups
-
Model and encourage Coaches to build relationships with their team through weekly contact

Disciple and support Team Members in their personal growth
-
Meet regularly with Small Group Leaders and Coaches for training and equipping
-
Create a remarkable culture that makes people love serving in RevKids!

Interview and place new Team Members; Train and Equip for ongoing effectiveness
Project Leadership
Creative Responsibilities

Work with team members to create wow experiences for Team Members throughout the year.

Be available to attend Team Member event-planning meetings when called upon.

Small Group Related Administrative Responsibilities

Input and maintain current information on Team Members

Manage Team Member paperwork (Background checks, references, etc.)

Special Event Support
-
Work with the staff team to execute all aspects of special events

Assist when appropriate for theme/context for special events

Prepare Team Members for their role at special events

Be a resource and encouragement to Team Members at the actual event

Utilize individual gifts and talents (ex, speaking, graphic design, writing, etc.)

Lead Next Step conversations with children for Baptism

Attends staff and departmental meetings, complies with company attendance policy, observes all safety procedures and policies, and participates in training as directed.
