ElevateOS is a technology and services company that connects residents with high-quality wellness and personal training professionals. We are currently seeking a kind, patient, and personable female In-Home Personal Trainer to work one-on-one with a client in Highland Park, IL 60035.
Client Training Details:
- Frequency: 2 sessions per week
- Preferred Days: Tuesday & Thursday
- Time: Between 4:00 PM–5:30 PM
- Session Length: 30 minutes
- Location: Highland Park, IL 60035
- Trainer Preference: Female
- Occasional Location: The client is sometimes in Lincolnshire, IL; training there occasionally would be a plus but is not required
Client Goals:
- Work toward healthy weight loss
- Build consistency with exercise and physical activity
- Receive basic nutritional guidance, such as simple tips and suggestions, without an overly restrictive or aggressive approach
- Develop an independent exercise routine between training sessions
Ideal Trainer:
- Female (Certified Personal Trainer)
- Experienced working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or similar populations
- Able to provide clear, simple, and encouraging instructions
- Comfortable assigning appropriate exercises or cardio between sessions
- Consistent with follow-up and accountability
- Knowledgeable about basic nutrition and able to provide general healthy-lifestyle suggestions within an appropriate scope of practice
Requirements:
- Current CPT certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Personal trainer liability insurance
- At least 1 year of personal training experience
- Willingness to provide in-home training
Position Details:
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Part-time and flexible
- Compensation based on completed sessions
- No guaranteed number of clients or hours
- Additional client opportunities may become available after onboarding
