As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement ABA treatment plans and provide one-on-one therapy to clients.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism
- Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Assist in the training of parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy
- Coordinate of care with client's team members
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and other team members
- Ensure optimal client progress and outcomes
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Schedule:
- After school
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
