Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals achieve financial freedom and a strong sales background. You will play a crucial role in consulting inbound prospects and providing them with tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with prospects to understand their financial situation and provide debt consolidation solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth transition into a debt settlement program.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Manage CRM pipeline and schedule to maximize individual opportunities
- Ensure all client information is accurately documented and maintained in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or debt settlement.
- Strong understanding of debt settlement processes and financial literacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with clients and handle sensitive situations with care.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales goals.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
