Licensed Massage Therapist – Medical Massage / Pain Management
We are seeking a reliable, professional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing medical massage team. This position is ideal for a therapist who is interested in working with clients experiencing pain and injuries and who enjoys being part of a more clinical, treatment-focused environment.
Our practice works within the pain management and medical massage industry, including clients who may be referred for treatment following injuries. We are looking for therapists who are dependable, compassionate, professional, and comfortable providing therapeutic massage based on each client’s individual needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional therapeutic and medical massage treatments
- Work with clients experiencing pain, muscle tension, and injury-related conditions
- Assess areas of discomfort and adjust treatment appropriately
- Maintain accurate and professional treatment documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients and our administrative team
- Arrive on time and maintain a high standard of reliability and professionalism
- Travel to clients when assigned to mobile appointments
Requirements:
- Current Nevada Massage Therapy License
- Professional liability insurance
- Valid driver’s license
- Current auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent reliability and time-management skills
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, pain management practices, personal injury clients, or other healthcare providers is strongly preferred. Experience with medical massage, deep tissue, myofascial techniques, injury rehabilitation, and therapeutic massage is also a plus.
Compensation: $40–$60 per hour
