Job Summary

Whether you’re on the line, prepping ingredients, or keeping the dish pit running, you play a key role in delivering a great guest experience. This is a fast-paced environment where consistency, teamwork, and attitude matter just as much as skill.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items accurately and efficiently during service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
- Support the kitchen team with plating, portioning, and food handling
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils quickly and thoroughly
- Follow food safety and health regulations
- Assist with stock rotation and notify management of low inventory
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability (show up on time, ready to work)
- Basic knife skills and food safety knowledge are a plus
- Team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
