WORKERS’ COMPENSATION CASE MANAGER/RN/NEW GRAD RN
JOB DESCRIPTION: As a member of our Telephonic Case Management Team, you will manage the medical portion of workers’ compensation claims, in conjunction with the claims adjuster, for self-insured employers. You will maintain contact with the injured worker, communicate with the employer, medical providers and the adjuster. You will be expected to monitor medical treatment and coordinate care commensurate with the Florida Workers’ Compensation law and our Best Practices. Attention to detail and customer service are extremely important.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a Registered Nurse. New Grad RN's are welcome to apply. Applicants with experience in managing workers’ compensation cases that have excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally, are a plus. Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, make sound decisions and focus on details a must.
SALARY & BENEFITS: Low stress office in the Westshore district with office hours between hours of 8:00 to 4:00. **Salary is negotiable. Group health, dental, life insurance, long term disability, 401k, vacation and stress days are available as well as the ability to work remotely.
