SOLID TRAINING AND SUPPORT
This position requires knowledge working with HR payroll systems and processing payroll from 50 - 200 employees. This position will also support the billling needs of the company. Which includes reconciling, reviewing timesheets to validate hours for accurate billing for services rendered, tracking and maintainiing active service agreements.

Job Summary:
A candidate with prior experience in medical billing, payroll and administrative tasks is a PLUS.
Job Duties:-
Review, reconcile, monitor, and confirm payments and invoices.

Provide tracking and monitoring reports on a regular basis, per request of supervisors and other team members.

Perform general office duties (filing, records management, etc.).

Enter billing records into electronic invoicing system for reimbursements from regional center offices.

Review, data entry, and processing of payroll as assigned.

Perform other associated duties to support billing/payroll functions: Timesheet reconcilation, overtime tracking, and more.
In addition to duties listed above, we are seeking a candidate that is a fast-learner with a positive energy. While we are a smaller team in the number of members, we work well together and embrace teamwork to help the business grow.
Requirements:-
Must have at least one year of prior experience working in an office-setting, including experience with general office duties (filing, answering calls/emails, data entry, etc.).

Must have at least one year of general accounting/finance experience.

Must possess good written and verbal skills (for emails, phone calls, meeting minutes, etc.).

Must be able to work independently with minimum oversight (In other words, we are looking for someone who doesn't require contact supervision)
