Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours/week
Reports to: Production Supervisor / Management

What You’ll Do:
As a Production Technician, you’ll be involved in every step of the process from harvest to packaging. You’ll help ensure our product is handled with care, efficiency, and cleanliness. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to:
- Harvest, hang, trim, sort, and package product
- Operate machinery and prepare SKUs
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and quality checks
- Assist with inventory, facility maintenance, and other production tasks
- Work in varying conditions including cooler temperatures and high humidity environments
Who You Are:

- Are 21+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Can lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy hands-on work
- Follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Are punctual, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Can pass a state-mandated AZDHS background check
