We are seeking a motivated Agent Relations Recruiter to help grow our network of independent insurance agents and agencies. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding JSA’s reach by recruiting new agents. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, flexibility, and performance-based rewards.
Connect with prospective agents and agencies through outbound calls to introduce JSA’s value, opportunities, and support model
Build relationships and establish new partnerships with independent agents
Accurately complete and maintain intake forms in our CRM system
Support the team by assisting with additional projects and initiatives as needed
Flexible schedule: Available hours between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Thursday
Part-time hours: Approximately 24–30 hours per week
Unlimited bonus potential for successfully approved agent contracts

Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and utilize company agent tools and resources
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
Bilingual candidates are a plus
