The Job:
As the Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Housekeeping and Engineering departments of the hotel. The Operations Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Process invoices for Housekeeping and Engineering
- Champion Alice system, our guest request program
- Coordinate projects
- Log and follow up on guest requests
- Support reservations team

To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and multi-tasking. This role requires skills such as patience, empathy, efficiency and a desire to work in, and provide, a clean environment.
Requirements:
- Refined verbal and written communication skills

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the property, including back-of-house and outdoor areas

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally

Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull as needed to support operational tasks

Ability to climb stairs and access various levels of the property

Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time

Manual dexterity to operate office equipment, computers, and handheld devices

Ability to visually review documents, computer screens, and work orders with attention to detail

Ability to respond quickly to operational needs in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings

Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels typical of hotel operation
