JM Mechanical is a well-established & growing HVAC company based out of Cache Valley, Utah. We are looking for hard-working candidates who can work away from home, Mon-Fri, with the weekends off, and then back out again.

Install, troubleshoot, and service commercial HVAC systems, ensuring proper operation, efficiency, and code compliance

Lead HVAC installations from layout through commissioning, including refrigeration, ductwork, and equipment startup

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings

Diagnose system issues and perform advanced repairs on HVAC and refrigeration equipment

Supervise and mentor entry-level installers and apprentices on the job site
Traveling is required
Experience in HVAC is required
Valid driver's license is required
Full-time only - regular overtime is required
Pay: (performance evaluation after 90 days)
