Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk and Store Manager to lead our dog grooming boutique with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, providing outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage front desk operations, including phone etiquette and scheduling.
- Supervise grooming sales activities, including merchandising, stocking, and inventory management to optimize store performance
- Oversee daily store operations such as cash handling, cashiering, POS system management, and shift management to ensure smooth functioning
- Monitor ongoing service to prieoti grooming activities, inventory control, purchasing decisions, and stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail management or a dog grooming boutique environment with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in sales management, pricing strategies.
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of inventory control techniques, merchandising standards, and store marketing strategies
- Ability to manage time effectively while supervising staff across shifts; previous assistant manager experience is preferred
