Snap Pop Party is looking for friendly, dependable, party-loving people to join our team as Photo Booth Operators!
Our operators are a mix of event host, problem-solver, professional hype person, and behind-the-scenes magic maker. You’ll set up and operate our photo booth experiences at weddings, corporate events, parties, and celebrations throughout Utah—helping guests feel comfortable, keeping the booth running smoothly, and making sure everyone has a ridiculously good time.
You don’t need to be a professional photographer or tech wizard. We’ll teach you how to operate our equipment. What we do need is someone who is reliable, comfortable talking to people, able to think on their feet, and ready to bring great energy to every event.
What You’ll Do
- Pick up photo booth equipment from our warehouse before an event.
- Transport, set up, and test the photo booth and related equipment.
- Arrive on time, dressed professionally, and ready to represent Snap Pop Party.
- Welcome guests and show them how to use the booth.
- Encourage participation without being pushy or awkward.
- Keep the booth area clean, organized, and looking event-ready.
- Monitor equipment, printers, props, and supplies throughout the event.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues when needed.
- Communicate professionally with clients, planners, venue staff, and the Snap Pop Party team.
- Tear down the booth and return equipment safely to the warehouse.
- Treat every event, venue, guest, and piece of equipment with care.

- Comfortable using an iPad, camera, printer, and other basic technology.
- Able to work independently while staying in communication with the team.
- Respectful, inclusive, and committed to helping every guest feel welcome and celebrated.
- Experienced in events, hospitality, customer service, photography, or entertainment. Experience is helpful, but not required.
Schedule and Physical Requirements
- This is a part-time, event-based position.
- Most shifts take place on evenings and weekends, especially Fridays and Saturdays.
- Event schedules and locations will vary.
- You must have reliable transportation and be comfortable driving to venues throughout the area.
- You must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- You must be able to stand for several hours and load, unload, set up, and tear down equipment.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
