Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, controlled environment for dogs in our daycare facility. You will handle dogs of various breeds and temperaments, ensuring their well-being while also maintaining cleanliness and organization within the facility. This position is ideal for individuals who love animals and have experience in animal care.
Responsibilities
- Handling the dogs in and out of play areas
- Cleaning up after the dogs as needed
- Bathing & Drying dogs
- Following feeding instructions and preparing food for boarding dogs
- Monitoring play areas and making sure fresh water is available to the dogs
Skills
- Previous experience in shelter or doggy daycare environments is required
- Background in veterinary care or as a veterinary technician is a plus
- Must be reliable and have good communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
