Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install, maintain, and repair various appliances including kitchen equipment and refrigeration units with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, equipment, or parts as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Conduct construction-related repairs or upgrades to mechanical systems or infrastructure as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities in compliance with operational standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
- Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology along with experience working with schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance in commercial or industrial settings.
- Hands-on experience with appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, air conditioning systems, and HVAC/R technology.
- Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in accordance with safety protocols.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills combined with leadership qualities to guide team efforts when necessary.
- Experience working with maintenance, repair & operations supplies and equipment is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
