This role is ideal for an experienced Master Technician ready to move into leadership while remaining hands-on with advanced diagnostics and complex repairs.
Pay & Earning Potential
- Competitive flat-rate hourly pay

What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership support, hands-on coaching for a small team of technicians
- Assign, prioritize, and manage workflow to maximize productivity
- Monitor team efficiency and minimize downtime
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and management
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and dealership standards
- Perform final quality control inspections before vehicle release
What We’re Looking For
- Master automotive technician experience with strong diagnostic skills
- Strong understanding of shop workflow and operations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
