Physician Assistant - Nephrology & Internal Medicine
We are looking for a full time Physician Assistant to practice in our private office. We practice with great team work in a positive work environment making our patients as comfortable as possible and placing their needs first.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Providing general medical care and treatment to patients.
- Performing physical examination and preventative health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physicians.
- Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient’s clinical problems and health care needs.
- Recording physical findings and formulate plan and prognosis, based on patient’s condition.
- Discussing patient care with physicians in order to prepare and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
- Submitting health care plans and goals of individual patients for periodic review and evaluation by physicians.
- Prescribing or recommending medications or other forms of treatments to patients.
- May refer patients to physician for consultation or other specialized health resources for treatment.
-Must live or willing to relocate within a reasonable commute to office 641 University Blvd Ste 211 Jupiter Fl 33458. To also include a and manage the commute to PBGMC and Jupiter Medical Center.
