Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Sanders to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for smoothing, finishing, and preparing various materials, primarily wood and composite surfaces, to ensure high-quality products meet precise specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with power tools and hand tools, and a commitment to safety standards. Responsibilities
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate sanding equipment, including orbital sanders and hand tools, to smooth and finish product surfaces.
- Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards to achieve required finishes.
- Inspect parts for defects, imperfections, and quality issues; perform rework as needed.
- Prepare products after printing and primer application for final finishing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Track and maintain inventory using internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot sanding, finishing, and production issues.
- Support cross-functional teams including Print, Quality Control (QC), and Assembly as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and production guidelines.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Essential Requirements & Skills
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
