Position Details
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday Store Hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Please Note: Team members are expected to arrive 15–30 minutes before opening to prepare the shop for the day and should anticipate 15–30 minutes after closing to complete opening and closing procedures. These responsibilities are compensated as part of the workday.
Compensation: Based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
Commitment: Minimum two-year commitment.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and knowledgeable product recommendations.
Help with labeling and pricing products to make them shelf ready.
Refill body care products, soaps, and essential oil bottles with care and attention to detail.
Keep shelves restocked with inventory and maintain attractive merchandising displays.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
Assist with inventory management and product organization.
Package and process customer orders and shipments accurately and efficiently.
Monitor and respond to customer email communications professionally and promptly.
Assist with online customer inquiries and sales.
Work closely with the Founder, Owner, and Formulator on special projects, product development support, and day-to-day operational needs.
Monitor Instagram and assist with creating, curating, and publishing engaging posts and stories that reflect the Lunaroma brand.
Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Drive), Shopify POS, and other software to support daily operations and organization.
Assist with opening and closing procedures each day.
Take initiative by identifying tasks and projects that need attention and proactively completing them without waiting to be asked.
Anticipate the needs of the business and contribute wherever support is needed, demonstrating flexibility, ownership, and a team-first mentality.
Take pride in maintaining the highest standards throughout the shop, always looking for ways to improve organization, efficiency, cleanliness, and the overall customer experience.
Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain the exceptional standards Lunaroma has built over the past 26 years.

A fast learner with a strong work ethic.
Passionate about aromatherapy, essential oils, natural body care, and exceptional customer service.
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Drive).
Comfortable learning and navigating Shopify POS and other business software.
Familiar with Instagram and comfortable creating and posting content.
A strong written and verbal communicator.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently, recognize priorities, and take initiative without constant direction.
Someone who naturally notices what needs to be done and takes ownership of completing tasks and projects.
Someone who thrives in a small business environment where flexibility, accountability, organization and teamwork are essential.
