Job Description
PRIME INTERIORS by JABR is growing, and we are looking for a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Installation Technician to join our team in Miami-Dade.
We specialize in professional TV mounting and interior installation services. Our current services include TV mounting, cable concealment, outlet installation behind TVs, soundbar installation, LED ambient lighting, floating shelves, and installations on specialty surfaces.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, communicates well with customers, respects their homes, and is willing to follow PRIME INTERIORS procedures and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Install TVs using fixed, tilting, and full-motion mounts
- Perform cable management and concealment
- Install soundbars, floating shelves, and related accessories
- Work with different wall and installation conditions
- Inspect the installation area before beginning work
- Follow company installation procedures and safety standards
- Protect customers’ walls, floors, furniture, and belongings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Take before-and-after photos and document completed jobs
- Complete a final quality check before leaving
- Identify additional customer needs when appropriate
- Represent PRIME INTERIORS professionally at every appointment
Qualifications
- Previous TV mounting, AV installation, handyman, construction, or similar experience preferred
- Experience using drills, levels, stud finders, and basic installation tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and communication
- Reliable and punctual
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for job communication and documentation
- Comfortable performing physical installation work
- Ability to follow established procedures and receive feedback

Compensation
Job-based / per-installation compensation.
Compensation varies based on the type, size, and complexity of each installation. Additional earning opportunities may be available for larger or more complex installations and approved additional services.
Exact compensation structure will be discussed during the interview.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
