The Residence at Presque Isle Bay is seeking compassionate Resident Wellness Associates to join our care team. We have part-time openings available on our afternoon (2nd) and overnight (3rd) shifts. This role features a stable schedule of 20 to 29 hours per week with a rotating weekend requirement. - Resident Wellness Associate (Uncertified) 2nd Shift: $15.60 per hour
- Resident Wellness Associate (Uncertified) 3rd Shift: $16.60 per hour (includes shift differential)
- Certified Resident Wellness Associate (CNA) 2nd Shift: $16.60 per hour
- Certified Resident Wellness Associate (CNA) 3rd Shift: $17.60 per hour (includes shift differential)

- Assist senior residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
- Provide meaningful companionship and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
- Observe resident well-being and communicate any physical or behavioral changes to the supervisor.
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for those looking to start a career in senior wellness.
- Reliable attendance and the physical stamina to assist with resident transfers.
- Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
