We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Performance Golf Coach to inspire and elevate golfers of all skill levels. Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized golf training programs tailored to individual skill levels and goals
- Conduct engaging lessons focusing on swing mechanics, putting techniques, course strategy, and mental game development
- Provide clear feedback and demonstrate proper techniques to enhance performance
- Monitor progress through video analysis, data tracking, and on-course assessments
- Foster a positive, motivating environment that encourages clients to push their limits and enjoy the game
- Maintain safety standards during lessons, including CPR and AED operation when necessary
- Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and track their improvement over time
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, preferably with a focus on golf
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey techniques and motivate clients of all ages
- Experience working with children or youth in a coaching or teaching capacity
- Knowledge of sports-specific training instruction methods and behavior management strategies
- Certifications in first aid, CPR, AED operation, or equivalent safety training required; additional certifications in martial arts like karate or climbing are a plus
- TPI Certification Level 1 minimum
- Background in team leadership or sports team experience demonstrating the ability to guide groups effectively
- Familiarity with health club environments, gym settings, or physical education teaching is advantageous
- Ability to adapt coaching styles based on individual needs while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere
- Currently teaching and training with the ability to bring members in.
- Traveling must be ok to our other locations for events or seminars as needed.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
