Our portfolio includes staffing, role players, exercise support, pyrotechnics, courses of instruction, ballistic shields, beacons, and armor solutions. We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our Products Division team.
Position Overview:
The Mechanical Engineer will play a critical role in the design, development, and optimization of our product lines, focusing primarily on creating CAD models, SolidWorks simulations, shop drawings, and work instructions.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CAD models for various products.

Produce accurate and comprehensive SolidWorks simulations.

Create detailed shop drawings for manufacturing.

Write clear and concise work instructions for assembly and operations.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.

Conduct tests and validations of models and finished products.

Work in accordance with company standards and government regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design.

Proficient in CAD and SolidWorks.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must be a U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining a security clearance.
