Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

Preferred Care Home Health Services is looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in the Port Charlotte area. If you enjoy building relationships with your patients, working independently, and providing one-on-one care in the comfort of patients' homes, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes.
- Complete assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, wound care, and other skilled nursing services.
- Educate patients and caregivers on their care and health goals.
- Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to ensure quality patient care.
- Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida RN license
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Home health and OASIS experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
