What does an E-Commerce and Warehouse Customer Service Representative Do? Our E-Commerce customer service representative is a talented multifaceted individual who works great in a team environment! In keeping with our company values of respect, integrity, and excellence, our e-commerce representative is motivated, driven, and willing to perform all general job duties. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers through phone and email communicfations, picking and packing. Working with our sales manager to assist with on-time deliveries.

Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, shipments, returns, and product information.
- Manage order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Process and track customer orders, refunds, and exchanges.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service quality and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse audiences.
- Ensure work area is kept clean, neat and well organized.
