About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional organizational skills who can manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, uphold safety standards, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every job site.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities and daily operations.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Maintain quality control and ensure work meets company and client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and trade partners.
- Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize delays.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing.
- Ability to lead teams and maintain positive working relationships with subcontractors and clients.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
