We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-centered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team on a flexible part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team, utilize modern technology, and make a meaningful difference in our patients' oral health.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, root planning, polishing, and preventive periodontal care.
- Assess patients by reviewing medical histories, recording vital signs when appropriate, and evaluating oral health conditions.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Take high-quality digital X-rays and CBCT images as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and team members to deliver outstanding patient care.
Qualifications
- Current Dental Hygienist license in the State of Florida.
- CPR certification (or willingness to maintain current certification).
- Experience in a general dentistry practice preferred.
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental practice management software.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, periodontal therapy, digital radiography, and preventive dentistry.
- Experience with sealants, fluoride treatments, and patient education is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
