Join our family owned car and dog wash business as a Customer Service Attendant. You will create a welcoming environment where customers feel happy with what Buggy Car Wash has to offer. At the dog wash, you will ensure that owners understand how the self service dog wash operates as well as the automatic bays. In this energetic role, you’ll be the friendly face ensuring each car shines like new and each dog is happy too! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle care, customer interaction, and maintenance operations while contributing to a clean and professional facility.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicle cleaning needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to deliver high-quality washes and detailing services
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Conduct quality checks on vehicles post-wash to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prior experience in customer service or janitorial work is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential!
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment safely and responsibly
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering excellent results
- Valid driver’s license preferred for assisting with vehicle movement or related tasks
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
