Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Oversee and implement evidence-based ABA interventions.
Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members.
Supervise RBTs weekly, providing training and guidance on ABA goal implementation.
Provide training and support to families and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards.
Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
NY Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
Medicaid credentialing in New York preferred.
Experience working with children in ABA, clinical, or in-home settings.
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic skills.
Knowledge of special education requirements and behavioral health practices.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
