Job Summary:
As a Server at Kreis' Steakhouse, you will be responsible for providing a memorable and impeccable dining experience for our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure the overall satisfaction of our patrons in a fast-paced, high-end environment. A keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor are key to ensuring every guest feels valued and enjoys their time with us.
Physical Demands (qualifications needed to perform essential job functions):
- Ability to use fingers to operate the POS system, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments accurately.
- Capable of carrying trays and lifting supplies, small wares, and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Able to move up and down a flight of stairs with ease.
- Must have a strong sense of balance and be physically capable of reaching, bending, kneeling, squatting, and stooping regularly. Ability to easily navigate stairs is also required.
- Must have the ability to hear clearly in a noisy environment.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant hospitality experience - minimum 4 years of Fine Dining serving experience required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule and expect to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: tipped minimum wage ($7.50/hour) plus tips (tips range from $150-$400+/night).
